The Voltaic Solar Powered Backpack is capable of charging most portable electronic devices. It comes equipped with 3 lightweight, waterproof, solar panels that can generate up to 4 watts of power. The 4,400mAh Li-Ion battery will store any surplus power created by the solar panels but can also be charged when not in the sun (by the included AC DC adapter). $200 does seem a bit expensive but I haven’t seen solar panels embedded into a backpack. You may also want to checkout Wagan Solar Power E Panel 12. A less expensive option without the backpack.
