Pretty good wireless speakers

Looking for basic wireless speakers to connect to your Ipod that'll do the job? These Jensens are a good choice. The transmitter is strong enough to get through several walls or barriers so they work great when you move a speaker to another room in the house. They even work between two floors (although you can find spots where the speaker reception gets spotty doing this) Tested the range, the transmitter signal was strong enough to go thru one main wall and still provide a good clear sound to the speakers position about 90 feet away. This is more then enough for a simple application, like listening outside on a nearby deck or patio. The speakers, when fully charged, operate at least 4 hours at moderate volume. (haven't tried them any longer then that.) The unit is sturdy and very basic to use, on-off and volume control. A remote is provided to also control these functions as well as be able to control the Ipod once it's plugged in, which gets charged during the process. Cons: I have an Ipod touch and the plug doesn't seem to make the connection as well as I would expect. Also if you're a serious audiophile, you'll be disappointed by the lack of bass. The speakers actually sound better outside than inside. Small quibble- make sure you set the speakers down squarely on their 'flat' bottoms. They'll definitely roll right off if you don't. Still, given the convenience and quality, these are good choices. If you're looking for something better, I'm pretty sure you'll being shelling out a lot more bucks for it. I do recommend these

This item was purchased to give as a birthday present. The person that received it is very happy with it. The sound is good and she can leave the base in the house and take the speakers outside and they work great. Very happy with the product.
great product, loved it!

I thought the idea behind this was awesome, it was exactly what i needed to be able to take a speaker with me into the bathroom when i do my hair since i only have one outlet and limited counterspace. The sound sometimes cuts in and out when i have it in the other room with all the doors closed, it's quite a bit to be getting a signal thru the walls and such, but that usually only when someone walks in front of it. Having both speakers sitting in the dock the sound quality is awesome, not a whole lot of bass but it still sounds good. Wonderful having a remote and much to my delite the remote works well from the other rooms too. Easy to use too, small, fits in my pocket. Overall I'm super happy with this product, I love being able to just scoop up my speakers and walk away with out messing with cords and such.

I bought the product, it was delivered on time.
The problem was that it came defective. One of the speakers did not work.
I sent it to the factory but so far no word.
I hope they solve the problem sooner. |

Works great with iPhone 3g and 3gs. Speaker reception sometimes gets a little fuzzy when speakers and dock are on opposite ends of the house. Otherwise, I love this. Good purchase. Worth the money.
