Referred as “The Most Expensive Coffee in the World“. Kopi Luwak aka Civet Coffee is a rare coffee that is harvested by digging through the droppings of a weasel like creature known as a Civet. The process takes place mostly in Southeast Asia and due to the labor intensive harvesting it is very expensive. Only about 1000 lbs make it to the market each year.
