The Novint Falcon is a unique gaming controller that lets you feel high-fidelity 3D force feedback. The three dimensional motion allows for moving left, right, forwards, and backwards. But unlike a mouse, it will let you move up and down. I’m not sure I’m ready to give up on my trusty mouse just yet. I think the force feedback features are great but does it really add that much to the gameplay. Verdict….Not sold yet but interested. Leave a comment if you’ve tried it.

The Falcon is not just for games and 1st person shooters. We have developed 3D touch enabled modelling software for it so if you purchase a Falcon you can download free the CRE8 sketch modelling application that we designed for it. The ‘touch’ sensation and movement in 3D have to be high quality for a good experience and it is these features that make it intuitive, easy and fun to learn and use. We continue with development (see http://www.anarkikangels.co.uk) into software that professionals can also use (Cloud9).
This device looks very useful. Although I’m still waiting to receive one from my gaming clan (edgegamers.org). But as soon as it is sent to me, I’ll gladly give my review. The friends that I know that have received this incredible product love it to death and have no regrets whatsoever.
